‘Aquashak’ comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, which protect consumers buying items by Mail Order. We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund if you’ve ordered the wrong products, if they don't fit, are faulty or damaged or you don’t like what you’ve ordered.
‘Aquashak’ do not accept any liability for the payment of costs involved in returning goods to our headquarters. Any costs incurred from sending unwanted items back to ‘Aquashak’ are solely the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend that confirmation of postage is obtained as we are not responsible for items lost in transportation. We ask that original packaging is returned.
All products can be returned to ‘Aquashak’ for a refund or exchange if they are in as sold condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
All returned goods are subject to inspection by our returns department. Refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges are carried out as soon as possible after notification is received, replacement goods are subject to availability.
Please do not attach labels directly to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.
- Goods must not be used or fitted.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.
If ‘Aquashak’ are responsible for sending you a product which is incorrect or different from what was detailed on your order we will exchange and pay your delivery costs for returning the item.
